Talofa Airways is an airline providing passenger and cargo services on Flights between Samoa, American Samoa and other islands of the Pacific.
***IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Samoa Airport Authority has announced revised airport tax rates effective 1 March 2026. The Passenger Facility Charge or PFC (previously recorded in our system as “departure tax”) for adults will increase from $65 tala ($25 USD) to $80 tala ($30 USD) till end of 2026, then it will increase to $90 tala in 2027 and finally $100 tala in 2028. PFC for children from 2-11 years will remained unchanged ($15 tala). In addition, SAA have introduced the new Aerodrome Facility Charge (AFC), which will be $100 tala and to be charged to all passengers with no exemptions. As airlines are required to collect these charges on behalf of the Samoa Airport Authority, ticket prices will be adjusted for all passengers departing on or after 1 March 2026 from Samoa (APW) to Pago Pago (PPG) ONLY. Prices from Pago Pago to Samoa will remained unchanged. Customers who booked prior to 20 February 2026 for travel on and after 1 March 2026 will be required to pay the applicable tax difference at check-in. Thanks, Talofa Airways***
